Belgium holds a special place in my heart as my favorite country to visit, not only for its delectable waffles and fries but also for its stunning architecture, particularly the charming Flemish townhouses. Despite the predominantly Francophone population in Brussels, the Flemish influence remains palpable, adding to the city's unique allure. Originally conceived as part of a travel brochure project for my French class, I grappled with the challenge of selecting the perfect color palette. While a monochromatic cyan scheme exudes a cool and minimalist vibe, the complementary pairing of cyan and orange lends a vibrant ambiance to the design. Furthermore, experimenting with hues, substituting orange with yellow and incorporating burgundy red, introduced a warm and inviting tone. Though I ultimately settled on just one palette for the brochure, the process deepened my understanding of colors and graphics, offering valuable insights for future endeavors, particularly in architectural rendering. Care to guess which color palette I ultimately chose?
